4. What happens if I exceed my account usage?

Most providers will send you a bill that you are not expecting if you happen to use too much disk space or too many people look at your website in a given month.  Make sure there are protections to this action.  You should receive a warning first before additional charges follow that you have exceeded your account limitations and an adjustment may or may not need to be made to avoid heavy overage charges.
